Aaron M. Cohen concentrates his practice in the area of criminal defense. His litigation experience has yielded successful results while zealously defended hundreds of accused defendants throughout the United States.

Through the years Mr. Cohen has been appointed special conflict counsel for criminal defendant in Palm Beach County, Florida and represented clients throughout the United States in both State and Federal Cases.

Mr. Cohen through his work has successfully returned victim restitution in the millions while working closing with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Department of Justice, Department of Agriculture, Federal Trade Commission, Attorney Generals in Florida, Oregon, Illinois, New York.

Most recently Mr. Cohen has been admitted to practice in the Western District of Texas, and Southern District of Illinois for special appearances for his clients.

Mr. Cohen has served as Chairmen of a Florida Not for Profit Corporation that assists The State of Florida and The United States Department of Agriculture monitor the USDA Food Program for schools.

Mr. Cohen maintains active participation in The American Bar Association, The Florida Bar Association, The Broward County Bar Association, The Palm Beach Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association and The Florida Trial Lawyers Association, The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, The Florida Association of Criminal Lawyers.

Mr. Cohen is also admitted to the United States Court of International Trade.

As a longtime resident of City of Delray Beach he has come to represent successful restaurants, real estate brokers, agents, homeowners, and others while working closing with the City Commissioners, local and state politicians, to enhance the City of Delray Beach and its growing population.
